Mother’s Day Project: Yo-Yo Photo Corsage

Mother’s Day is right around the corner.  Do you need a quick project you can do on Saturday night while the kids are in bed to give to your mother, sister or godmother?  Consider this easy project your night in shining armor.  Mother’s Day corsages are popular, but expensive and they don’t last longer than the day.  I came up with this quick project for a mother’s day photo corsage when my mother and her two sisters were together on a recent trip.  Each mother got her own version of the corsage complete with images of their children and grandchildren.  I made all of the photographs images of their children as children, because I don’t think that you ever get tired of seeing your children as you remember them most fondly.  They were a big hit, and certainly will be with your special mamas too!   I will post a tutorial for this project this week, but if you want to start gathering your materials, here they are:
